Syllabus

 

Oscillations (Chapter 15): Oscillations, simple harmonic motion, energy in simple harmonic motion, simple pendulum, damped oscillation, forced oscillations and resonance.

 

Waves (Chapter 16-17): Properties of mechanical waves, standing waves, Doppler effect.

  

Electromagnetism (21-32): Electric charge, electric field, Coulomb’s law, Gauss’ Law, applications of Gauss’ law, electric potential, capacitance, dielectrics, current, resistance, direct current circuits, magnetic field, electromagnetic induction, electromagnetic waves, etc...
